RIZOS 30-DAYS RETURNS

If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it with another item of your choice. Look at the packing slip for instructions on how to return your items.

 

However all products should be returned in the original state they were received with the price tags attached. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds. All returned products will be inspected by our laboratory to determine the condition of the returned product.

 

 

RETURNS BY MAIL

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.

Here are the basic steps:

  1. Please refer to your packing slip for specific return information.
  2. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the item.
  3. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
  4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  5. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  6. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our store.
  7. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Please note that your original shipping, handling, gift bag or other additional costs will not be refunded.
 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may only cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notifying you that:

  • one or more items in your order is on backorder. (You may only cancel the backordered items.) Please contact us immediately  if you wish to cancel these items.
  • we are unable to process your payment information. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
